Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for returns
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
Items that have already been used or installed are excluded from returns. This applies in particular to opened or installed leveling systems.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The goods must be in their original condition.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times by your bank may vary.
