1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store.

3. Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

5. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery times are indicated in the shop.

6. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered in the shop.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
