Shipping area
We ship within Germany and to selected EU countries. Certain countries are excluded from delivery.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country, weight, and order quantity.

Orders above €150 are shipped free of charge within Germany.

For deliveries to other EU countries, individual shipping rates apply.

Shipping methods
Depending on the order size, shipping is carried out via parcel services or freight carriers (for larger quantities or pallet deliveries).

Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received, provided the items are in stock.

Delivery times
Delivery within Germany typically takes a few business days after dispatch.
Delivery times to other EU countries may vary.

Availability notice
For items not in stock or in case of unexpected supply delays, shipping times may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Partial deliveries
In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parts if this allows for faster delivery.

Delay notice
Delays caused by shipping providers, high demand, or external circumstances cannot be ruled out.

Transfer of risk
The risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
